5-6 ripe bananas
1 cup melted butter or oil
3 eggs (can be replaces with flax eggs to make it vegan)
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar (can reduce if you want but not too much because the texture will be weird)
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups of flour
optional: 1.5-2 cups walnuts, pecans or chocolate chips
1) Preheat oven to 350 F degrees and grease two loaf pans
2) Mix together flour, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl and set aside
3) In a large bowl mash bananas and mix in butter or oil, eggs, water, vanilla and sugar
4) Add flour mixture into wet mixture in thirds
5) Fold in optional mix in if you desire
6) Split mixture into the two loaf pans and bake for about 40 minutes or until top in golden brown. Enjoy!
